South Coast Sand & Civil are proud to be associated with this 132 lot subdivision. Works occurred adjacent a riverine environment containing a threatened fish species with no environmental incidents occurring during the five month construction phase. Major wetlands were constructed as part of package with these flowing directly into the fish’s habitat.
