We undertake many small to medium sized jobs using our building works team. We contract for site works and clean up for a number of project home providers, demolition, dam lining, lot fill to level 1 and car park construction.

Projects

South Coast Sand and Civil have been delivering major civil projects successfully over the past fifteen years. The company has the complete range of plant and equipment for civil and earthmoving projects and is able to multi project at any one time. A major part of our business relates to ongoing relationships with clients and therefore a negotiated call back for future stages of existing projects.

Subdivision work involving upwards of two hundred allotments is well within our capacity while many of the divisions we have been involved in have had a major environmental focus associated with river and stormwater protection and treatment.

Projects recently completed with this emphasis have been Franklin Island stage 1 and 2, Beyond Today stage 1-3 and wetlands C,D,E,F,G,H, Strath Hub 1-2 and the extension of the Wellington Marina, Wellington East.

As can be seen from these projects South Coast Sand & Civil will travel to be involved with the right project. We complete all major works for Links Lady Bay Normanville, work on Kangaroo Island, the Adelaide Hills and out to Murray Bridge.
Using our IMS accreditation we are involved in water pipeline and sewage works for SA Water and other Controlling Authorities.
