Encounter Lakes

One of largest projects South Coast Sand & Civil has undertaken was the Franklin Island Development. The works involved the movement of 320,000 tonnes of material with significant Level 1 compaction to make the blocks suitable for building works. The constructed Lake is now the centre piece of the land division and with the aid of a pump station has a regulated high and low tide fed by salt water from the ocean.
