Causeway

Following the completion of the creation of the Franklin Island Development we were contracted to supply and build the Island Causeway. This project is significant, as day labour completed all construction works which involves the building of a 110 metre by 2 metre high L shape concrete wall and footings, plus the placement of a steel bridge like structure with timber deck. The structure is then tied into the kerb of a newly constructed road as the thoroughfare to the island.
