South Coast Sand and Civil

South Sand and Civil has been operating successfully as a family company on the South Coast since 1970. Ownership continues with Stephen Fladrich the son of the founders Don and Lois.

South Coast Sand and Civil has an up to date fleet of a full range of earthmoving and civil works plant and equipment. With up to 50 staff the company is accredited to work on State and local Government, SA Water, DTEI, Etsa and Telstra infrastructure under the civil contractors federation Integrated Management System.

The company provides quarry products and delivery of sand, loam and bagged concrete from its depot operations. During the mid 90’s the company expanded its civil works field and become involved in the provision of major subdivision infrastructure. To this day a large part of the company turnover is based on our successful civil work crew and an extensive loyal client base.
