South Coast Sand & Civil has been operating successfully as a family-run company on the South Coast since 1970. Company ownership continues with Stephen Fladrich – the son of Don and Lois, the founders.
During the mid-'90s, we expanded our civil works field to become involved in subdivision infrastructure works. Today, a large part of the company turnover comes from our successful civil work crew and an extensively loyal client base.
We have an up-to-date fleet of earthmoving and civil works plants and equipment. Our company has a workforce of 50 staff members. We have received accreditation to work with various state and local government authorities. Additionally, we supply quarry products and deliver sand, loam and bagged concrete from our depot operations.
